how to make traditional indonesia food

Hello....
Every body how are you?
I will tell you about  Indonesian food for housewives who like cooking every day. For the first, I will introduce my self. My name is Khairil Lutfianto. My friends call me Khairil, because I stay in boarding house, so I cook by myself. Living in the boarding house is difference from living in my home. Usually I have breakfast in the morning and direct to dining table to eat together with the family. For this time, I am not having breakfast with the family but I am cooking by myself. The life is not forever dependent on other, but someday we would become mature who have independent life. On the independent life is not easy,  the all household need our own responsibility like buy home,cook, work etc.
             Every day, I cook to prepare breakfast for myself. I am supposed to be like a housewife, but it's ok. We all learn from our mother who every morning prepare a breakfast for the family. Living in the city is difference from living in the village. Living in the big city needs independent life. Ok everybody. I'm not waste a long time for giving you a traditional recipes from Indonesia.
          On this chance, I want to tell you about local food in Indonesia. The food is old food on some years ago but it's delicious food. We usually find the food in the small village. This food is different from the common food in restaurant. The name of this food is Perkedel Jagung. If you come to Indonesia, you can try the food. It is easy to make it. We only need some corn that green color. Do you want to know how to make it

How to make the Croquette corn Indonesia name is perkedel jagung. Before we make it, there are some who  must to be prepared. First, you buy the corn in vegetable market or if you have fields planted with corn  you can take it. But, if you do not have the field you can buy in the market, and then  there are you must  be prepared. The ingredients is like:
·         The Oil
·         Two corn
·         Kaffir lime leaves
·         Two egg
·         Wheat flour
·         The salt
·         The sugar
·         Celery

. OK the food ingredients are ready. Are you ready....? Who wants to learn how to cook, you just need to follow this steps below: 
The first Step
Please take the corn and knife. After that please peeled the cord and wash it, and then slice the corn like in the picture bellow.

 If you slice the corn be careful please, don’t get  on your hands. If the knife goes to your hands I think can’t  continue learn to make the Croquette corn.
The second step
If you have been slice the corn, on this step there are two options, on the first option is used by  the blender machine, and second option is used by traditional tool. The tool is stone shaped  like plate, in Indonesia name is Cowek.

If we use the tool the result will be better than used the blander.  Anything using traditional tool the result is will be better, if you do not believe you can test this menu later. Today, we use by traditional tool. If we used it put the corn on the traditional tool and then break it until smooth

The third step

After the corn has been mashed with using  the traditional tool. You take a the bowl and put the corn to the bowl. Also don’t forget you mix with a sugar,  Salt, 100 gram the wheat flour, two egg put in to the bowl and then swirl it. To make scent of the corn, we give kaffir lime leaves and celery that have been cut. we cut it into smooth and then swirl again until evenly.
The Fourth step
The corn has been smooth and then we go to the next proses that is fry the corn. Before we fry it, we preheat the vegetable oil to frying pan.

Ok... The oil is heat let to frying the Croquwtte corn. First you take spoon to take the corn on the bowl and next step is put little by little the corn to frying pan by spoon.

Wait for some minutes until the corn look yellow. If they have looked yellow, please reverse the corn by frying spatula the corn is cooked and ready to lift, wait for some minutes until there is no oil on the corn. After that, put in the Plate the proses is ready to serve.
